“BodySpirit” is a way of living that brings happiness, wisdom, and freedom based on maintaining an internal balance. The goal is to know our true nature, and get connected to it by internally “Being” in balance, and externally “Doing” in harmony with the Cosmic Order, through Gnostic knowledge, and Physical-Mental- Emotional-Spiritual practices.
BodySpirit Meditation has 5 levels, the first three levels are dedicated to the Mindfulness BodySpirit Meditation (MBSM), the 4th level is the BodySpirit Mantra or Spiritual Word Meditation (BSMM), the 5th is the BodySpirit Art of Being (BSAB).
This course includes the MBSM in its three levels which are:
MBSM1: Settle down and heal the “Body”
MBSM2: Settle down the “Mind”
MBSM3: Settle down the “Self”

If you are interested in becoming an instructor, attending these 8 weeks course is a prerequisite that will legitimate you to apply for the MBSM Teacher Training Course that allows you to get certified and start coaching.
