Many Personal Trainers like to teach group fitness classes on music but lack the cardiovascular skills to do so. In this practical course, leaders need to focus only on teaching proper muscle toning exercises on music to a group using the Bar, Dumbbell, Tube and body weight. In addition stretching exercises will be emphasized. Completing the Basic Group Fitness Training Certification course is needed as a pre-requisite.
