Personal Training for Advanced Fitness and Recreational Sport

The focus of this (2days) course (14 CECs) is advanced fitness for the general population and recreational athletes. Aerobic training zone theory, adaptations to strength training, plyometrics, eccentric training, and periodization are some of the major concepts studied.
Prerequisite: Fitness Program Design course or Personal Training for General Fitness
