About Course
Course Overview:
The focus of this course is advanced fitness for the general population and recreational athletes as well for those individuals who wish to work with adult competitive athletes at any level. Aerobic training zone theory, adaptations to strength training, plyometric, eccentric training, yearly planning and periodization. Total preparation of the athlete and development of performance models are emphasized.
Prerequisite: Personal Training Certification
