effectively train older adults is rapidly growing. For seniors, falls are the leading cause of nursing
home admissions. This comprehensive workshop by the Sport Performance Institute (SPI)
equips trainers with the exact tools to build functional capacity, autonomy, and self-confidence in
active seniors.
