Course Overview:
This course is designed to provide the participants important information concerning the different techniques that can help relax or stimulate muscles before, during or after an event or a workout. Individuals will gain knowledge in the field of human anatomy to help apply the different methods that aid in relieving pain or improving performance. Practical application of assisted stretching, passive and advanced stretching techniques are also included.
Prerequisite: Level 3 or 4 Fitness Certification
